Safely increase your body’s oxygen uptake

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy safely increases the body’s oxygen intake by raising the barometric pressure. Under pressure, additional oxygen is dissolved into the blood plasma and increased oxygen in the plasma leads to higher amounts of oxygen being delivered to the body’s tissues, organs and brain. This treatment takes place inside a specially designed state-of-the-art hyperbaric chamber also know as the “Airpod” and is spacious enough to lie down or sit up. The high level of oxygen promotes a deep sense of relaxation. Your heart rate and blood pressure will settle as the pressure increases helping you to relax. Whilst in the chamber, you can listen to your favourite music, meditate, read a book, use your mobile phone, laptop or #Netflixandbreathe with the iPads provided for you.
