Co-Founder
Dayne
Dayne grew up in Wollongong. Dayne played rugby league, basketball and surf life saver all at high level. He has a passion for recovery and wanted to create a space for people to disconnect from the world and relax.
Co-Founder and Osteopath
Georgia
Georgia is from the Blue Mountains and studied osteopathy at SCU, Lismore. Georgia is registered with AHPRA and is a member of Osteopathy Australia and has been practicing in Sydney/Newcastle for the past 4 years.
In addition to her clinical work, Georgia is also a part-time lecturer, teaching 1st year osteopathy at a university. She is currently pursuing her PhD, focusing on ways to decrease head injuries in women's rugby league.
Georgia absolutely loves helping people get out of pain and back to having the freedom of movement! As an osteopath, she tends to look at the body as a unit and holistically takes all aspects of the person into consideration.
Georgia loved sports as a child until she was about 14 when she suffered a significant
lower back injury. Unable to do the things she loved due to pain, she was lucky enough
to meet an osteopath that helped her get back on track. At that moment Georgia decided she would be an osteopath so she could help others.

Practice Manager Singleton
Keelie
Cert 3&4 PT | Cert 4 Nutrition | Crossfit Level 1&2 | Crossfit Kids
Keelie has always been passionate about improving the health of those around her but also creating the healthiest version of herself. She was fortunate enough to meet Dayne when attending his services at the Newcastle facility and came across the realisation that this is a missing market in Singleton. Both Dayne & Keelie took the opportunity to work together to fill the gap and create Keelie’s dream business of being able to increase the health & wellness of those around her.
From a young age Keelie has been involved in team sports, playing for high levels in both Soccer and Futsal. At 15 Keelie dislocated her knee & tore her ACL playing Nationals Futsal. She respects the process of recovery and understands how detrimental it is to getting back on the field post-injury. Since then Keelie has taken on a career in Crossfit where she has been training hard and competing in local competitions along with coaching the local people of Singleton. To go hand in with all of this Keelie runs our own Nutrition Coaching to connect all the dots of health & wellness; fitness, recovery, and nutrition.
